Our Audit & Inspections services include:
1. Quality Control Services
In addition to the implementation of bespoke QC supply chain inspection solutions, Connexi offers the following suite of inspection services to ensure that purchased products services meet their required specification: • Pre-Shipment Consignment Inspection: This allows the verification of a consignment in respect to the contract specification requirements before shipment. This not only ensures the agreed quantity and quality of the product but also the integrity of packaging and markings, helping to avoid project delays due to receipt of non-conforming products. • Sampling and Coordination of Laboratory Testing: As an optional addition to pre-delivery inspection, this service facilitates the independent sampling and management of laboratory testing of products at specified global independent laboratories. • Post-Shipment Consignment Inspection: Through visual inspections of goods in destination warehouses, Connexi verify receipt of the consignment and check that no damage has occurred to the materials during transit to affect the product quality, ensuring that they remain compliant with client specifications. • Supervision of Loading and Unloading Operations: Connexi verify materials, reporting any damage to packaging or signs of tampering, checking the number of goods against contracts and witnessing the sealing of containers • Inspection of Operational and Testing Activities: Connexi inspectors witness operational and testing activities during the manufacturing process to prove material integrity and performance, ensuring any non-conformances are reported to clients immediately.
2. Program/ System Audits & Monitoring
